Mouseover macro for healing:

/stopcasting
/cast [target=mouseover,exists][] Greater Heal

What this does:
If your mouse is over a friendly player (or their portrait, raid frame, or healbot bar), you will cast the spell on that player. If not, it will behave as normal (healing your target if you have one, or yourself if you have auto self cast in your interface options.)

Macro: Heal Demon Chains Victim

This macro is for healers to use during the Terestian Illhoof fight in Karazhan.
In this fight a random member of the raid is periodically "sacrificed" - wrapped in demonic chains that deal a massive amount of damage. It's necessary for both healers and DPS to react quickly to this, and I use a simple macro to pick up the right target and get a quick heal off.

/target Demon Chains
/target targettarget
/cast Flash Heal

This macro has actually saved quite a few "squishy" party members before in raids, as a half a second really can mean the difference between life and death on this event.

Macro: Curator and Astral Flare Targeting

This macro will keep you on the right DPS target for the Curator fight in Karazhan.
